The Elwood Board of Education and administration would like to thank the community for supporting the school improvement project on December 9. Voters approved the referendum by a vote of 454 to 200.  The District will now be able to move forward with important building improvements, including improving the air circulation within several schools, providing for additional security cameras Districtwide, and making needed improvements to building masonry and driveways. As detailed in prior mailings, the majority of the cost for this project will be covered by New York State building and EXCEL aid.
