With the introduction of 30 wireless netbook computers, students in the middle school now have a technology-enabled library.  The space was previously outfitted with a large screen display for presentations, and a cluster of five computers for research. With the introduction of the netbooks, there are now enough computers available for every student in the whole class. Resources such as World Book Online encyclopedia, Discovery Channel video on demand, and the Internet can be accessed from anywhere in the library on the netbooks. Electronic research techniques will be introduced to students, now that the research tools are in their hands.
