The members of the National Junior Honor Society of Elwood Middle School, along with NJHS adviser Diane Locascio and teachers Wendy Braxton and Jim Morris, had the opportunity to experience democracy in action when they traveled to the New York State Capitol in Albany. The students toured the Capitol Building and met with Sen. Carl Marcellino and Assemblymen Chad Lupinacci and Andrew Raia. NJHS members also had the chance to visit the New York State Museum.
