In mid-June, 17 student-athletes from Elwood-John H. Glenn High School signed National Letters of Intent to continue their athletic careers at the collegiate level. The students were celebrated by their parents, coaches and district administrators, who had all gathered to honor the students’ dedication and commitment.
“Each of you has excelled in your own sport,” said Louis Tuorto, the district’s director of athletics. “Thank you for working so hard and doing so great, not only on the field, but in the classroom, as well.”
