High school students collaborated with BAE Systems and the Toys of Hope
Children's Charity foundation in Huntington to create a sign for the
charity's new storefront on New York Avenue. They also designed a raffle
wheel to help support the foundation’s fundraising efforts.
After designing the new sign and raffle wheel, the students were invited
with their parents to a breakfast at BAE Facilities, where they
presented the final products to Toys of Hope Children’s Charity and
discussed their accomplishments over the past year.
The students involved in this year’s project were: Dom Abbate, Marc
Lehmuller, Andrew Malakassis, Chris Regan, Miranda Rusinski and Lucas
Schindlar.
