At the district’s May Board of Education meeting, seven Elwood educators were recommended for tenure. James H. Boyd Intermediate School Principal Dr. Denise Toscano, Elwood Middle School Principal Dr. Hugh Gigante and Elwood-John H. Glenn High School Interim Principal Dr. James Ruck introduced the exemplary educators and explained their accomplishments. Superintendent of Schools Peter Scordo ceremoniously presented each newly tenured educator with a white rose. The district extends its congratulations to the following teachers:

Adam Goudreau – James H. Boyd Intermediate School Psychologist
Veronique Hayek – Elwood-John H. Glenn High School Psychologist
Jordan Ioviero – James H. Boyd Intermediate School Teacher Assistant
Matthew McGuire – Elwood Middle School Technology Teacher
