Reflections Program 2015 Information

We are pleased to present the 2015-16 National PTA Reflections program. The theme for this year's program is "Let Your Imagination Fly." The Reflections program was developed to interest children, parents, teachers and the community in the arts. The program encourages students to use their creative talents and express themselves through their own original work.

Students may enter the Reflections Program in 6 categories:

1. Visual Arts - drawings, paintings, collages, needlework, computer art, etc.
2. Literature - fiction, non-fiction, poetry, short story, etc.
3. Photography - a single print/photo taken with a camera or a collage of prints
4. Music - a song or composition with or without words in CD format (not to exceed 5 minutes)
5. Film Video Production - an original film submitted in CD/DVD format (not to exceed 5 minutes)
6. Dance Choreography - an original dance submitted in CD/DVD format (not to exceed 5 minutes)

Reflections grade group divisions are: PK-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12. There is also a Special Artists Division for the Special Education students. The Special Artist students may receive non-artistic accommodation and assistance from an adult.

The deadline for all entries is October 9, 2015.
