Incoming sixth graders ventured into Elwood Middle School for the first time on Aug. 28, learning all about their new school during the middle school’s annual orientation.

“We had a great day meeting and welcoming our new sixth grade families,” Principal Christina Moran said. “EMS was filled with smiles, music, and seventh and eighth grade student helpers. It was a great kickoff to the new school year and helped our new students feel excited and at ease as they make the translation to middle school.”
