On Feb. 1, students from the John Glenn High School’s Science Olympiad team competed in the Suffolk County Regional tournament at Hauppauge High School. Students competed against 53 teams from 35 schools. The high school’s Chemistry Lab and Designer Genes teams had top 15 finishes while the Quiz Bowl team finished in fourth place overall.

“Congratulations to Mr. Greening and all of our scientists,” Director of Math, Science and Technology Eileen Kelly-Gorman said.
