Elwood-John H. Glenn High School’s annual Volleyball-a-Thon fundraiser, coordinated by teacher Lisa Fusaro, took place on Feb. 29, with the winning Spike Tyson team of students Alicia Ancewicz, Colin Bible, Matthew Greer, Ashley Munch, Louie Viteritti and Michael Ziminski coming out on top. John Glenn’s student council chose the Sean Urda Memorial Soccer Scholarship Fund, which honors the memory of John Glenn student Sean Urda, as this year’s designated Volleyball-a-Thon charity.
