Attendance & Chronic Absenteeism
Some important information to note regarding attendance for the 2020-2021 school year:
- School is mandatory, whether virtual or in-person.
- Being present while virtual means joining and participating in Google Meets/Zoom Meetings, otherwise it is considered an absence.
- While it is important for all students to attend school, it is important that you keep your child home if they are sick. If they come to school with a fever or COVID symptoms, they will be sent home.
- Teachers will be taking attendance in eSchool whether in-person, hybrid or virtual.
