The John H. Glenn High School Athletic Hall of Fame nomination form is now available on the Elwood School District Athletic Department’s web page here:

HOF nominations will be accepted until Dec. 15, 2023.

For eligibility the candidate must have graduated from John H. Glenn High School and have been out of high school for at least five years. The committee will take into consideration the following information as well.

*Honors/awards garnered
*Made significant contributions to their chosen sport
*Made a difference in their community, state or nation
*Overcame a major life obstacle or challenge as it relates to their athletic participation
*Used their position to affect positive changes in the athletic community
*Level of competition the individual attained
