Jesse Paloscio will be honoring the memory of a special veteran on Veterans Day. The John Glenn senior recently wore U.S. Army garb for an American-themed Spirit Day, including a replica World War II-era paratrooper uniform and a Korean War helmet passed down from his grandfather, veteran Nicholas Fittipaldi.

“I wore the uniform in honor of those my age who lost their lives fighting for our country,” Paloscio said. “My grandfather gave me the helmet – he was a soldier. Never forget our past.”
