In a proud moment focused on the graduating seniors of the Class of 2025, Elwood-John H. Glenn High School held its 63d annual Academic Awards ceremony on May 19 in the school’s Performing Arts Center. 

Among the many students honored were the winners of the President’s Award for Educational Excellence, New York State Scholarships for Academic Excellence, National Honor Society Commended Students, and department awards in the categories of art, business, career service/intership, English, English as a new language, family and consumer science, mathematics, music, physical education, science, social studies, technology, Wilson Tech and world language.

“It is not always easy, but you kept your focus on your goals despite the challenges that you had to endure throughout the years,” Principal Corey McNamara told the seniors. “We are all here to celebrate you. Please know that everyone here is so proud of all that you have accomplished.”
