Winning SCOPE Awards of Excellence were PTA Council President Agapi Bell in the Community Service Volunteer category, Technology and Transportation Principal Office Assistant Nancy Mancini in the Support Staff Service category and Elwood Middle School history teacher Wendy Blair-Braxton in the Teaching Service category.
